I’m a footwear designer focused on how shoes perform, feel, and evolve through use.

Growing up across Beijing, New York, Green Bay, and Los Angeles shaped my ability to adapt and observe different ways people move and express themselves.

I see footwear as complementary to the body. Performance doesn’t come from the product, but from the athlete.

 

​Shoes act as a mediator, shaping how the ground is felt, refining sensation, sharpening proprioception, and allowing the body to rely on its innate ability to respond.

​

My work centers on the relationship between material, fit, and movement. I’m interested in how construction and detail can enhance comfort, stability, and the connection between the body and the ground.
